This page explains what happens to the email address you enter in the AI Operator beta signup form, and nothing else.
1. What we collect
Only the email address you type into the signup form, plus the consent flags you tick.
2. Why we collect it
To contact you when a seat in the AI Operator beta opens up, and to send you related updates about the launch.
3. How we store it
Each signup triggers a transactional email delivered to our company inbox by TurboSMTP. Your address lives in that inbox. We do not store it in a database, a CRM, or any marketing automation tool.
4. Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or hand over email addresses to third parties. TurboSMTP (our transactional email provider) acts as a data processor and only delivers the signup notification to us.
5. How long we keep it
Until the beta is closed and launched, or until you ask us to remove your address — whichever comes first.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data at any time. Email us and we will act within 30 days.
